Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Customers can log in to www.peeds.in and check the delivery status of the product.

  • No cancellations are entertained for the products under ‘Limited Offer’.

 

Refund Policy

Refund of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility for a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities, or national holidays.

  • A customer can ask for a refund if a product replacement takes more than 14 working days.

  • A customer can ask for a refund if a different product is received. Size or Colour variation is not counted as different products.

  • A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/color of a defect-free product. A refund will not be initiated for a product if physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product or any damage caused by the user.

  • The refund will not be eligible if the product has already been used by the customer. The refund request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end.

 

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes, within 24 hours of receiving the product, that the product delivered is defective or has physical damage. Replacement is not possible if the damage is caused by the user.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective products please report the same to us by sending an email to peeds.paulco@gmail.com or support@peeds.in, within 24 hours of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint our team will take an appropriate decision.

  • The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center and the charges will be borne by the customers themselves, however, while the product is sent back to the customer the charges will be borne by the merchant.
